Yoga in Woodingdean

I teach a mixed-ability Hatha Yoga class on Monday evenings at Woodingdean Primary School. The classes aim to develop increased sense of ease in body and mind through awareness of breath in movement, whilst also improving strength and flexibility. The classes are not suitable for absolute beginners to exercise.
